I hope that the enclosed materials from SIDS Mid-Atlantic will be
of help to you. Some of this information may be useful immediately,
while others may not be needed until a later time or not at all.
We developed this packet to try to assist you, newly bereaved parents,
through a very difficult and painful time.
services are for all families who have experienced the sudden unexpected
death of an infant. As time goes on, you may have a number of questions
concerning your child's death as well as questions for other parents
who have survived such a loss and moved on. We offer a monthly support
meeting, and you will receive quarterly newsletters from our organization
to keep you informed of what we are doing. I hope that the following
resources provide information that is helpful to you.
